shipping policy
Once non-handmade orders are placed, PLEASE allow 1-3 business days (Not including holidays & weekends) for your order to be shipped. For handmade crochet orders like Coilytwist, allow 7 business days to process and approximately 6-7 business days for orders to be delivered. Once order is dropped off by shipping company a tracking number will be sent via email.Expedited shipping might be available depending on order at additional cost. Orders would be shipped once payment is confirmed and cleared. International orders take up to 10 business days for delivery and are shipped via dhl. Braid Glam LLC reserves the right to change the delivery method specified on this website to a comparable method. Shipping charges may be more or less than the actual rate charged by the carrier. All shipping costs must be paid in full at the time of the order if free shipping is not applied on your order.
Refund and Exchange Policy
Due to nature of products there are no refunds ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No Exchanges unless you did not receive the correct item ordered.

International Shipments
International Shipments must clear customs. The rules and requirements for customs clearance vary from country to country. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees or duties or to arrange for any permits or special paperwork that may be required. Invoices are sent with all shipments. This is the only document that will be sent with your shipment.

Errors and Shipment Delays
We will not be responsible for shipment delays due to weather or other natural or environmental factors, we will try our best to ship out products at the specified time frame promised. However, we advise that you place your order far in advance to allow for unplanned delays. All shipping errors must be reported 3 business days of the date of delivery. Once confirmed that an incorrect item was sent, we reserve the right to resend the correct product or. However, the incorrect products must be returned to our office prior to re-shipping of products.

This limitation of liability applies both to products and services. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products, Braid Glam LLC is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of products under this agreement. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of services not bundled with products under this agreement, Braid Glam LLC is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of services under this agreement.
