For handmade crochet orders like Coilytwist, allow 7 business days to process and approximately 4-6 business days for orders to be delivered. Once order is dropped off by shipping company a tracking number will be sent via email.Expedited shipping might be available depending on order at additional cost. Orders would be shipped once payment is confirmed and cleared. International orders take up to 10 business days for delivery and are shipped via dhl. Do not wash like your natural hair, be gentle, soak in warm water with shampoo for 5-10mins. Change to clear water to rinse, towel pat dry or air dry( do not apply heat to hair).
